What are the CY & EM Programs?

The Children and Youth & Engaging Men (CY & EM) grant programs support community-based efforts to address the needs of children and youth impacted by domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking. The CY & EM programs also support men and boys working as allies to prevent violence against women and girls.

Serving Our Youth Team

The Serving Our Youth TA Project is the comprehensive technical assistance (TA) provider that provides TA and trainings for the Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) Children and Youth and Engaging Men (CY & EM) grant programs. The TA Team is composed of collaborative partners who provide grantees expert assistance in growing the capacity of communities to reduce violence against women, children, and youth. Serving Our Youth TA Project also assists grantees in creating strategies and programs in support of administering justice for and strengthening services to victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, stalking, and sex trafficking.
